Legals:  South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S/2 NE/4)  of Section Thirteen (13), Township Thirty (30) South, Range Thirty-three (33) West of the 6th P.M., Haskell County, Ks.


26 Acres are planted to wheat.  1/3/ goes to the buyer.


FSA Information:  77.49 Farmland, Cropland, DCP Cropland Acres,  36.70 Wheat Base Acres w/ 34 bu. Yield, 38.50 Grain Sorghum Base Acres w/ 55 bu. Yield


Taxes:  2019 taxes were 335.67  ;  Mineral Taxes were 40.66

Minerals:  All of owner’s minerals go to the Buyer.  Producing Gas Well
